Our shipping rates are automatically calculated by weight of the products you purchase. Any questions about shipping rates please contact us at (417) 395-4242 and we will answer any questions you have. We always strive to get the best rates for shipping for our customers.
Do you ship orders the same day it is placed?
All orders placed by 1pm Central Time Monday through Friday are usually processed and shipped the same day but we ask for you to please allow up to 2 days before your order is shipped. Please note that certain times of the year when temperatures are above 70 degrees, we will only ship chocolates on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This is done so that chocolates do not sit at a distribution center over the weekend in the heat. Please remember when estimating your shipping time that FedEx does not count Saturday and Sunday as actual shipping days. Also, please keep in mind observed Holidays when estimating a shipment. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS AFTER THE SHIPMENT HAS LEFT OUR STORE.
Do temperatures affect items being shipped?
Our chocolates and gummies may require special handling when the weather is warm where your order is being shipped. Our chocolates have the potential to melt at 70 degrees Fahrenheit and our gummies have the potential to melt at 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
To assure that your gifts arrive without melting, shipments may require overnight delivery shipping charges or a delay in shipping, depending upon how many days your package will be in transit. In this case, 2nd Day or Overnight delivery charges may apply and will be added to your order. A staff member will contact you should your shipping rate change before applying it to your order and credit card. During this communication you may experience delays with your shipment until we have approval for extra charges. Since we may need to contact you, it is important that you provide us with the best contact information to reach you during our store's shipping hours 9AM-6PM Central time.
If you need to ship to a residence and you cannot be home, please leave a note instructing that the package be placed under shade. In the event your package has been sitting in heat, let it "rest" at room temperature for a few hours to give it a chance to return to normal consistency. Please keep in mind, shade will not ensure that your product doesn't melt it is just a preventative measure. If possible, try to ship your order to a business address as businesses often receive shipments earlier in the day and someone is onsite. When shipping to a residence and no one is home, the products will either be (1) left outside sitting in the heat or (2) put back in the hot delivery truck.

I entered the wrong address....
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. You must give us current, complete and correct shipping addresses to guarantee delivery. Please contact the store at (417) 395-4242 as soon as possible if a wrong address was entered.
Do you offer any satisfaction guarantee?
We guarantee prompt delivery of first quality products. If you are not satisfied, please return the unused portion of the product within 30 days for full replacement or refund.

Purchaser will be liable for a 20 percent restocking fee and the original shipping charge. If product is lost in returning to our company purchaser is responsible for the full charge.
Order Confirmations – Please provide us with a current email address and your orders will be promptly acknowledged as they are received. You may also contact us at 417-395-4242 to confirm your order. Please allow 2 days for processing from the time the order was placed.
Credit Card Orders. We process orders immediately; therefore, your credit card may be charged before your order is shipped.
Military APO/FPO – For rate and shipment arrangement please contact us at (417) 395-4242 if you would like to ship to an APO/FPO.
Substitutions – We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary. This still carries our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
